Of course just as we hit the first of the real cold days, my furnace quit working. I called around and High Country was the first to be able to respond. Their tech Zack showed up and was very friendly and professional. After the diagnostic was done, he walked me through the repair need and the cost. He was able to fix it and get my heat turned back on. I will definitely use them in the future.

When my furnace quit, I called a few different companies for quotes. High country gave me a great price for a high quality unit. They were also very low pressure and didn’t sit me down for a sales presentation as most of the others did. Just some measurements and a good quote. Installed furnace looks and works great and they made sure to leave the worksite clean and tidy. Zach and Andrew both answered all my questions and were patient and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Our furnace went out on Sunday the 7th of December and our house was freezing cold inside. I ended up calling High Country heating and they sent such a nice man right over (Ruben) to repair it again. I had called them the Sunday before with the same problem and they fixed it supposedly back then. Ruben made my day and said there was no charge for today. And he also not only fixed the firing pins, but did a service repair on the whole furnace. They have always been reasonable on their billing.

I highly recommend highly country for your HVAC needs. Andrew is a great person to work with. And his right hand man Shawn are great to work with, they care about there customers and are there number one priority. 😊
